Kastro Hotel is a 4-star A Category Traditional Hotel run as a small family business, housed in a restored 1830 mansion in central Spetses. Owner Mr. Apostolos bought the abandoned mansion in 1985 and refurbished it with the style and colors of the island. The hotel has 17 rooms and apartments, an outdoor freshwater swimming pool, and a seasonal pool bar.

Rooms range from Standard Double Rooms to Two-Level Apartments for 5 adults, with Deluxe Queen Rooms, Double Rooms with Pool View, and Double Rooms with Spa Bath in between. The newest Deluxe Apartments have two bathrooms, and room categories include sea-view, pool-view, and garden-view units. Suites with Balcony and Two-Level Apartments work for a few days or a long-term holiday.
